Forms of presence - PMP Exhibition Series
The Professional Media Presence project will culminate in October 2026 in a series of local and virtual exhibitions taking place in seven different European locations – all at the same time!
Coming in October 2026
Theme
The exhibitions explore how media, presence, identity, and digital environments shape the ways artists create, communicate, and connect with audiences today under the shared theme Forms of Presence.

Works
Bringing together artists from the PMP National Artist Teams, the exhibitions will present works developed during the project’s workshops, seminars, residencies, and collaborative processes — reflecting both artistic practices and the professional growth of participating artists.
Virtual exhibition
Alongside the physical exhibitions, a shared virtual exhibition will open in October 2026, allowing audiences to experience artworks online across borders until spring 2027.
Local interpretations
Each exhibition is curated locally in collaboration with PMP partners and participating artists, creating seven unique interpretations shaped by their local artistic communities and contexts.

Shared Virtual Exhibition
In addition to the on-site exhibitions, we are launching a shared virtual exhibition featuring digital works by artists from across Europe. The virtual exhibition will feature a wide range of digital and media-based works, creating new ways for audiences to experience art across borders and platforms.
The online exhibition will open in October 2026 and remain accessible until May 2027, expanding the exhibition experience beyond physical spaces and making the artworks available to international audiences.
