Forms of presence -toolkit

The Professional Media Presence toolkit – Forms of presence – is designed to support artists and art educators in navigating today’s ever-changing media landscape. Developed through a European collaboration during 2023–2025, it brings together insights, experiences and practical tools from 113 artists across six countries. Articles in this publication have been written by our residence artists and some of our online seminar speakers.

The toolkit forms a wider learning environment that includes articles, podcasts, and a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course). Together, these resources help artists strengthen their media literacy, develop digital storytelling skills and build an authentic professional presence.
