Organisational impact of an international cultural project

From outcomes to lasting change

As the four-year Professional Media Presence (PMP) project approaches its conclusion, project manager Emma Uotinen turns attention from project activities and outputs to their longer-term impact.

In her article, From outcomes to lasting change – Organisational impact of an international cultural project, she examines how international collaboration can strengthen organisations, influence working practices, and create lasting change. • Strengthening international networks and partnerships
  • Enhancing organisational capacity and expertise
  • Supporting organisational development and innovation.

Together, these outcomes provide a strong foundation for future projects, strategic growth, and long-term organisational impact.
